This beautiful third floor, three bedroom three bathroom villa is located in Las Ventanas II, the only development on the property that offers convenient proximity to all resort amenities as well as direct ocean exposure. Guests will enjoy 2300 sq. ft of beautifully designed and comfortably furnished space. Master bedroom suite is furnished with king size bed, two guest bedrooms offer queen size beds. Apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Spacious open plan kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for in-home dining. Living room opens up to private outdoor patio perfectly furnished for entertaining and dining out.
Access
RESORT FEES: Mandatory resort fees are $50 plus tax (11.5%) per day per group of guests assigned to the villa. Only guests assigned to the reservation will be granted resort passes and as a result have access to resort grounds. Resort pass will grant you full access to St. Regis hotel pool as well the rest of resort amenities. Resort pass is required to enter the premises of the resort and must be obtained regardless of guest intentions to use resort amenities.
